Fast travel to the location and drive your sub into the yellow marker,right above the enemy sub. Grab scuba gear and dive into it. Follow the top level kill 5 guys and that's it. Pick up the sonar and swim up to your sub. The longfin prep actually takes a bit longer but it's easy also. Either method gets u a drainage tunnel entrance.
